This notice explains what we collect when you request an allocation and how we use it.
What we collect
Your name, email address and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, postcode, household size and notes. We also keep basic technical logs needed to run and secure the website. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, confirm your allocation, arrange delivery or installation and, if you join the Rotation, to keep your kit up to date. Our lawful basis is your request (steps before a contract) and, for any later marketing, your consent.
Who sees it
Our team and the service providers who host the website and deliver kits, under contract. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
Requests that don't become orders are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept for six years for accounting and safety-recall purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by replying to any email from us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
