Delivered, unpacked and installed
Our own team delivers and installs across London and the Home Counties, from Chelsea and Hampstead to Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and the Cotswolds.
T+3 and T+7 travel by tracked courier to any UK mainland address. From T+30 upwards, our own two-person team brings the kit to you, unpacks it, shows you where everything is and takes the packaging away.
T+90 and T+365 are installed. We survey the property first, then schedule the electrical, water and fitting work with registered tradespeople.

Townhouses and flats
Space is the constraint in Chelsea, Kensington, Hampstead and Richmond. We design for cupboards and cellars, choose quiet indoor-safe equipment, and plan around what a building's management allows.
The Home Counties
Houses with land
In Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds, homes tend to have more space, private water and longer waits for repairs after storms. We plan for outbuildings, staff and rural power cuts.

Prepare now
Every kit is assembled by hand and numbered, so each month's allocations are limited. Tell us who it is for and we will confirm your allocation, delivery date and any changes for allergies, infants, pets or medical needs.
- No payment is taken until your kit and delivery date are confirmed.
- Dispatch within 10 working days for T+3 and T+7. Installed kits are scheduled with you.
- Gifting: we deliver to the recipient with a handwritten card and no prices inside.
