Country and suburban homes fail differently from London flats. We plan for that.
What we plan for outside London
- Overhead lines and trees. Storms bring down lines, and rural repairs take longer. Power cuts out here can run for days.
- Oil and LPG heating. Off-grid boilers still need electricity for the pump and burner. We size battery backup to keep them running, or plan warmth without them.
- Private water. Borehole and spring supplies rely on electric pumps. We plan storage and power for them.
- Bigger homes. We heat and light the rooms you'll live in, not the whole house.
- Staff, cottages and animals. Plans that cover everyone on the property, including livestock water.

Every kit is assembled by hand and numbered, so each month's allocations are limited. Tell us who it is for and we will confirm your allocation, delivery date and any changes for allergies, infants, pets or medical needs.
- No payment is taken until your kit and delivery date are confirmed.
- Dispatch within 10 working days for T+3 and T+7. Installed kits are scheduled with you.
- Gifting: we deliver to the recipient with a handwritten card and no prices inside.
